In a short video posted on Monday, Alaya calmly denied all cosmetic surgery claims. She brought the camera closer to her face and laughed while responding to the speculation.
The actress said she had not undergone any procedures and insisted that her appearance has not changed.
She also told followers that she would have been honest if she had chosen to get cosmetic work done.
“Many of you think I’ve had surgery like a nose job or lip fillers. I haven’t done anything. If I had, I would have told you,” she said.
