Eyewitness Describes Injured Man

An eyewitness told local media they saw a man with a deep facial injury.

“I saw a man with a massive slash across his face. He was drenched in blood. He looked to be in his early 40s with grey hair. It looked very serious,” the witness said.

The witness added that police immediately restricted movement along the street.

Another local resident said armed officers were positioned outside a cordoned property.

“They taped the road just from Clermiston Drive. You can see armed response officers outside a property with what look like riot shields,” the resident said.
