Radhika Merchant Ambani once again proved that couture can feel like wearable art. For Vikram Salgaocar’s wedding festivities in Mumbai, she chose a sculpted scarlet creation that instantly drew attention.

She wore a custom Rosette Gown from Oscar de la Renta’s Pre-Fall 2023 couture collection. The gown stood out for its rich texture, bold colour, and detailed craftsmanship. The high halter neckline gave the look a clean and elongated shape. From there, the silhouette flowed into a cascade of hand-crafted rosettes that bloomed across the dress.

Each floral appliqué added movement and depth. Under light, the gown appeared almost alive. The fitted bodice melted into a petal-covered skirt that trailed behind her gracefully.

The open back balanced the structured front with a softer, romantic touch. From one angle, the look felt regal. From another, it felt delicate and fluid.

Her styling remained elegant and controlled. She pulled her hair back neatly to highlight the neckline and earrings. Her makeup featured defined eyes, glowing skin, and a soft lip. A red manicure tied the entire look together seamlessly.

On her feet, she wore Bow Tie Net Pumps by Aquazzura. The net detailing and subtle bow added a feminine finish without distracting from the gown’s dramatic floral texture.

Radhika Merchant in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla for the Wedding Ceremony

For the main wedding ceremony of Vikram Salgaocar and Shweana Poy Raiturcar, Radhika returned to the atelier of Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

She wore an off-white ghagra from the Shola collection. The ensemble featured fine silk thread embroidery with resham work, crystals, and sequins. Mocha borders added gentle contrast while keeping the overall look refined.

She draped a classic Chikankari dupatta over her shoulder, paying tribute to Lucknow’s craftsmanship. The dupatta featured a crystal-encrusted border that added subtle sparkle.

Her jewellery elevated the outfit further. She chose a regal mix of diamonds and pearls accented with emeralds. The statement necklace, which she had worn shortly after her own wedding, stood out beautifully. A delicate maang tikka, kaan chains, and stacked bangles completed the royal aesthetic.

From sculpted scarlet couture to hand-embroidered heritage wear, Radhika Merchant Ambani continues to blend modern glamour with traditional elegance effortlessly.
