Indian boxing legend Mary Kom confirmed her divorce from her husband, Karung Onkholer (Onler), in 2025. While she had initially not disclosed the reasons, recent statements from Mary Kom accused Onler of misusing her assets and properties worth several crores of rupees, claiming he transferred them to his name without her consent.

Onler Alleges Extramarital Affairs
Onler revealed that Mary Kom had affairs with other men during their marriage. According to him:

“I have WhatsApp messages as proof, with the names of the persons involved. I remained silent. She wanted to stay alone and have another relationship. We’re divorced. I don’t mind if she wants another husband, but don’t ever blame me.”
Onler Denies Fraud Allegations
Onler also addressed Mary Kom’s claims that he misused her finances:
