Ryan Tubridy is getting married today. The former Late Late Show host will marry Dr Clare Kambamettu. The wedding is a small event in Connemara. The couple has kept their relationship very private.

Clare is a highly educated professional. She first studied at NUI Galway. There she got a degree in Psychology and History. She then completed a Master’s degree in London. Her focus was on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
She later returned to NUI Galway for her doctorate. Clare is now a Senior Clinical Psychologist. She works for the HSE in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. She has also worked in adult and forensic mental health.
She Once Worked in Television
In 2020, Clare became a TV presenter. She joined the RTÉ environmental show ‘Eco Eye’. She hosted the program alongside Duncan Stewart. The show discussed important ecological issues. Her last episode was broadcast in 2021.
How She Met Ryan Tubridy
The couple first appeared together on Ryan’s radio show. This was in March 2023. Clare was a guest expert talking about psychology. A photo from that day is still on the RTÉ website. It is not clear if this was their first meeting.
