Holston posted photos and videos on social media. The images showed him lying on a stretcher. In some pictures, he was in a medical traction device. He gave a thumbs-up to the camera, trying to reassure his fans.
On Instagram, he explained what happened. He wrote, “Yesterday I had a Skydiving accident I’ll probably be out for a few weeks.” He did not give the exact cause of the accident right away. He promised to share more details later.

He admitted he is in a lot of pain. He said, “I’m pretty banged up at the moment in some pretty good pain but just happy to be alive.” He also sent a strong message to his critics. He told them not to expect him to be down for long.
He shared more updates on his Instagram Stories. One clip showed him immobilized on a stretcher. He was wearing a neck brace. He expressed frustration about being forced to rest. He said, “F* me, dawg. [They’re] making me sit down for a bit.”
He described the first few hours after the accident as very difficult. “I was f*ed up for like three hours. I couldn’t even breathe. My chest was killing me,” he said.

Later videos showed improvement. In a new clip, he was sitting up without the neck collar. He looked more like himself. He told followers, “Thank God all is well, they didn’t get me off this earth today.” He ended with a positive note: “Nothing to worry about! Just another rough day at the office.”
